Requirements

Some candidate requirements (loosely described) from Greg Wilkins:

  • Multiple window/tab detection and handling (eg we just extended comet to have advice sent to the browser informing it of the situation - adjusting polling and potentially notifying the user of the issue).
  • Handling of portlets and server side mashups.
  • Handling for any communication/messaging standards that may be included in the hub.
  • Standard code stores that support multi versioned libraries etc.
