Jon: some may have changed

Jon: Lots of things need accessible names

Jon: discuss PATTERNS for things that need accessible names

Jon: sees patterns for whether accessible name exists

Jon: Images, headings and form controls, frames

Ann: needs to be manual check to verify descriptive meaning

Jon: seeking consistency

Nick: image alt needs to be descriptive but is different from heading being descriptive

Group: only needed for images

Nick: for form labels, check for unique-ness should be sufficient

Ann: need to continue to minimize manual checks

Jon: do check sibling headings for unique-ness

Ann: should be sufficient

Ann: Discovered that RPT-DAP reports false positives if AInspector plug-in is installed.

Jon: what about frames?

Ann: must have descriptive title

Ann: The source cannot be an image file because you cannot assign alternative text to the image. Instead of using the image file as the frame source, include

the image in an HTML file where you can add the appropriate alt attribute for the image.

Ann: Falls under 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks
