[OpenAjaxInterop] Hub 2.0.7 released

Update to OpenAjax Hub, available here:

In my haste to release Hub 2.0.6, I didn't realize that the new transport 
mechanism used on IE 6 and 7 did not support long messages.  This update 
fixes that issue.
