[OpenAjaxInterop] New Hub 1.1 APIs Proposal -- code uploaded

I have rewritten the hub and inline container code to work with the new 
proposal for the Hub 1.1 APIs.  The code is up on a branch:

This is a work in progress, and there is still a lot that is not 
implemented or broken.  Right now, using the sample code in 
samples/plain_hub_inline/mashup.html, I have two inline clients 
subscribing and publishing.
