[OpenAjaxIDE] REMINDER: Final review of chapters 1 and 2 on Tuesday

We decided at this week's phone call that we would do final review of
chapters 1 and 2 at next Tuesday's phone call. Can we also do final review
of the cover page at the very front of the spec? Here are the links:
