[OpenAjaxIDE] Tutorials or primers?

As I worked on the mashable widget write-up, it struck me that the
community would probably benefit from some sort of introductory document
about how to get on board with OpenAjax Metadata, particularly the widgets.
Let's talk about this at today's phone call.
