We have completed review and discussion of most of the red-colored comments
in the spec. There are a couple of minor nits in earlier chapters, but I
suggest we discuss those during a more detailed review of proposed final
content for those chapters. For today, however, these two parts of the spec
has some red-colored text that would be good to discuss:
