[OpenAjaxGadgets] property default attribute

Hi Howard,
I definitely understand your thinking, but we'll need to run this past both
the Gadgets TF and the IDE WG. There are shipping products that already
support 'default'.

default attribute --> defaultvalue attribute

Since default is a keyword in JavaScript, can we please change the
attribute
name to defaultvalue?
